A neurodiversity resource library & place to share our ways of being and navigating in a neurotypical world.

Practical Neurodiversity is an informal blog and resource sharing space where neurodiverse minds can come to share their own knowledge, stories, tools, resources, and methods of navigating the world.

Neurotypicals are welcome, but this space was built for the neurodiverse community and will only show resources and stories made by individuals who identify with the under the neurodiverse umbrella, being inclusive of, but not exclusive to, the following:

  • Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD) / Dyspraxia
  • Dyslexia
  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
  • Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
  • Tourette Syndrome

Practical Neurodiversity is a community led platform which seeks to showcase and harness our very own boundless potential, shared experiences, and knowledges of the neurodiverse community to produce practical tools, resources and offer people a space where they can express their unique experiences and insights.
